On the edge of the Cotswolds, Cricklade & Spa was originally built around 1920 as a private house for Major Methuen and extended with all the building materials from Hammond's garage.

All of our 45 bedrooms are en-suite, with colour television, hair dryers, direct dial telephone, and tea and coffee making facilities. Our Wi-Fi is free of charge along with our ample car parking facility. Our team are on hand 24/7 to make sure you are provided the warmest of welcomes, and ensure your stay is a memorable one.

Bedrooms in the Main House benefit from stone mullion windows, a renowned Cotswold feature, and many have wonderful views of the Wiltshire Downs.

Located in the main house of the hotel with direct access to reception, restaurant, the bar, terrace and conservatory, our Fritillary Spa and event spaces. We also have 5 rooms located on the ground floor, two of which have easy access showers.

The Courtyard is situated adjacent to the main house and houses our family size bedrooms.

In the Spa your stay comes with a choice of a 25 minute spa treatment from our experienced therapists, along with an hour relaxation time by our pool.

Two Night Tranquility Stay from £355pp

Perfect for that ultimate relaxation. We will help you unwind with a Traditional Afternoon tea after your arrival. After breakfast you will choose one of our 50-minute Spa treatments, followed by a 2 course dinner, and enjoy a late check out. Full use of our spa facilities will be at your disposal from check-in to check-out.

"Thank you for Friday's wake in celebration of mum's long life. Everything went off very well all day, on a sad occasion. The buffet was lovely and people commented on how nice the sandwiches were. They were nice and fresh and not dried up which is sometimes experienced. The people liked the venue as it gave them space to move around and having tables to eat at avoided balancing food whilst stood up. I know that mum would have been happy with how the day went."
