All accomodation bookings require a £25 deposit to confirm your reservation.
Should it be necessary to cancel your reservation, you are required to contact the Hotel at which time a cancellation reference will be issued. This must be retained for reference and is proof of your cancellation. Our cancellations terms are
- Thirty days in advance a full deposit refund,
- Thirty to seven days in advance a 50% refund of your deposit, and
- Less than seven days the deposit is non-refundable.
All guests are required to provide a credit/debit card pre-authorization upon or prior to check-in. This will put a temporary hold on funds, meaning the cardholder cannot use this money elsewhere. Please note that the hotel does not receive this money; it is held by the card issuing bank and will be released back to the cardholder within 3-5 working days, following a completion transaction for the final amount on check-out.
Whilst we learn to live with Covid-19, we cannot accept cash for any payments at the hotel.
